SB Littoral Cell Longshore Transport Volumes - This is the most
current numerical estimate of the Santa Barbara Littoral cell sediment
budget as prepared by Kiki Runyan of UC, Santa Cruz as part of her PhD
research. Her project examines the harbor dredging records as one means
to better understand the longshore transport. Inputs or sources of
sediment into the littoral cell come from watershed assessment work done
by Dr. Cope Willis and Dr. Gary Griggs of UCSC.
